Molly Gutierrez

Molly joined WST in 2022 as a Client Associate. In her role, she serves as a go-to resource for clients, supports the Roanoke team’s relationship management efforts, executes on deliverables, facilitates data management and serves as a liaison between the firm’s various functional groups. Prior to joining the firm, Molly worked in roles supporting operations and administration in healthcare and non-profit startups, including Decentralized Trial & Research Alliance, with over 11 years in civilian service with the Department of Veterans Affairs and Salem Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

Originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, Molly relocated to Roanoke, Virginia, in 2003. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, sewing, painting, cooking and spending time with her husband and three cats. She is also an avid reader, particularly of non-fiction subjects such as herbal medicine, philosophy, and traditions and cultures of the world. When Molly has the opportunity, she enjoys volunteering by developing curricula and classes to teach cooking, health and wellbeing — she has previously developed a curriculum for the YMCA’s Cooking with Me after-school program.
