Hailey Grabowski
Client Associate
Hailey joined WST in 2023 as a Client Associate. In her role, she supports her team’s relationship management efforts as a day-to-day point of contact for clients and related parties, serving as a liaison between the firm’s various functional groups. She earned her bachelor's degree in economics from California State University Stanislaus (CSUS) and was recognized as the Most Outstanding Economics Student in the class of 2023.
Originally from California, Hailey relocated to Hampton Roads in 2023 and actively contributes to her community as a devoted volunteer in her church. Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, Hailey enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, and cooking with her husband.
