Pensions & Investments (P&I) recently published its 45th annual Largest Money Manager Special Report, Wilbanks, Smith & Thomas Asset Management, LLC (WST), a Norfolk, Virginia-based asset management firm, is pleased to announce recognition by P&I in the report.

Over 900 U.S. firms, banks, trust companies, and insurance companies were reviewed for the report. To be eligible and considered for ranking by P&I, firms must manage assets for U.S. institutional tax-exempt clients such as qualified retirement plans, endowments and foundations, as well as provide detailed information about the firm via a voluntary questionnaire and interview-style process.

Today, WST manages approximately $3 billion in assets, including the $2.1 billion managed for institutional and sub-advisory clients referenced in the P&I special report.
