Nancy L. Overton

Ms. Overton serves as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of Wilbanks, Smith & Thomas Asset Management, LLC and chairs the Firm's Compliance Committee.

Ms. Overton, a Norfolk native, began her financial career in banking in 1973 at BB&T (formerly First Virginia Bank of Tidewater) before joining SunTrust Bank (formerly Crestar Bank) where she worked as a Loan/Title Processor until 1984.

Prior to joining WST in 1997 Ms. Overton worked for 13 years at a regional investment advisory firm. While there, she focused on fixed-income portfolio strategies and account administration.
