Ms. Garber serves as Vice President of Operations and Compliance Manager of Wilbanks, Smith & Thomas Asset Management, LLC. She is a member of the Firm's Investment and Compliance Committees and oversees the administration at Wilbanks, Smith & Thomas.

Ms. Garber joined the WST team in 2008, after serving as Director of Operations at a locally owned company for the past eight years.

Ms. Garber graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1998 and later continued her education at Old Dominion University.
